FAQ

Q: Are all of your knives handmade?

A: Yes! All of my pieces are completely handmade, one of a kind and unique in every way!

Q: Do you forge your knives?

A: No. While I am working to introduce various forged models to my shop, currently all knives are made using the stock removal method.

Q: How can I buy a knife?

A: There are several ways to purchase my work! First, check the "Products" Section of my website! I will also occasionally auction products on my Instagram. If you want to commission a custom piece, feel free to send me an email or contact me on my Instagram!

Q: All your items are out of stock! Why is this?

A: For the most part, I list stock on the store when I have a surplus. Many knives will be sold soon after being finished. If you want to stay as updated as possible, check out my Instagram!

Q: I designed a knife that I really want! can you make it?

A: In 99% of cases, yes! Contact me through the form on my website, by email or through my Instagram and we can get started!

Q: What steel do you use?

A: I use a variety of Carbon, stainless and Damascus steels, depending on what the customer wants or what the intended purpose of the knife is.

Q: Do you heat treat your knives in house?

A: Yes! All my knives are heat treated in my shop on an Evenheat Kiln and are sub-zero treated as necessary depending on the steel.

Q: Do you provide sheaths?

A: Yes! While a basic Kydex sheath will be provided with all knives (except for a few exceptions), Belt hardware generally incurs an additional charge. If you would like to commission a handmade leather sheath for your knife, that will also come at an additional charge.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: If I did something wrong and as a result, the knife is flawed, yes. If you changed your mind or broke something, no.

Q: Does my Knife have a warranty?

A: While there is no official warranty in place, I stand by all my products in full, and will do my best to repair or refinish any well-used knives. In addition, I do offer lifetime sharpening free of charge.

Q: What is the wait time when I buy a knife?

A: It varies. If the knife is in stock, generally under a week. If the knife is commissioned, generally 1-2 months depending on complexity and my workload.
